On June 30, 2025, Governor Phil Murphy signed S-4654 into law, which amends the legal notice requirements under the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA). In accordance with P.L. 2025, c. 72, effective March 1, 2026, all Legal Notices of the Village of Loch Arbour will be maintained on the Village Website. A centralized portal for all Legal Notices is maintained by the Secretary of State, and is located at nj.gov/state/statewide-legal-notices-list.shtml
